Rey was part of a litter of six pups that was not supposed to happen. Her mother was a pet and became pregnant by accident. When Rey's mother delivered her pups, her owners took the litter and dumped the pups in the forest to die. It took a few weeks for them to be found, and by the time someone found the pups, only one of them was still alive. Rey was found by an older dog, surrounded by her deceased littermates. The old dog decided to care for her and show her how to survive on her own. Eventually, the older dog passed away as well, which caused Rey to join the Assassins pack, led by Keegan and Gizmo.
